New York City – I Just read that Con Edison is requesting to raise gas rates for its New York City customers. The article said that they are asking for 6-7% increase which will mean that a bill of $242 will be paying about $16 dollars more per month for gas.

My first residual check
I am so excited to share that I have received my first residual check ever. To some this is not a big deal but I am sure there are some other who can identify with me.
Looking back I had 3 career paths;
